Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
